Located in front of the lake, the apartment for 5 people is surrounded by a green park whose natural terraces slope gently towards the beach, offering a magnificent view. The park consists of houses and apartments, a swimming pool (open from the end of May to mid-September), a restaurant - pizzeria, a minimarket, tennis court, volleyball and ping-pong tables. From June to the first week of September, the windsurfing school and the boat, surfboard and SUP rental business are open. The space This apartment is one of 4 apartments on the first floor above our restaurant at the Tre Capitelli Village on Lake Idro. The 80 m2 apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 people. It has a large 20 m2 terrace equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a large umbrella, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the lake. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Guest access The Villaggio Tre Capitelli has internal services such as: coin-operated washing machines, tennis, table tennis, volleyball court, and a restaurant. From Pentecost until the beginning of September, it also has: a market, a swimming pool, a windsurfing school, and rentals for windsurfing boards, sailboats, SUPs, pedal boats, and canoes. Other things to note The place has no sheets, towels, and toilet paper. The sheets can be rented at a cost of €15 per person by booking them before your arrival or you can bring your own from home. Bath and kitchen linen must be brought from home. Upon arrival we provide a roll of toilet paper. If you bring the sheets from home, we remind you that the room with the double bed has a double duvet (not two single duvets). Mattress size: single 190 x 80, double 190 x 160. Duvet size: single 200 x 150, double 200 x 250. The expense not included in the price is the accommodation tax. In the pool (open from the end of May to mid-September) it is mandatory to use the headset that you bring from home or buy on site. Parking is next to the building.
