Spacious apartment with panoramic terrace

This apartment is one of 4 apartments on the first floor above our restaurant at the Tre Capitelli Village on Lake Idro. The apartment of 80 m2 and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. It is equipped with a large terrace of 20 m2 equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, large umbrella, from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the lake. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The space Overlooking directly on Lake Idro the apartment is located inside the Tre Capitelli which is immersed in a green park whose natural terraces gently descend towards the beach thus giving the apartments a magnificent view of the lake. The village is the ideal holiday for families and sports enthusiasts in contact with nature. Guest access The Village Tre Capitelli has internal services such as: tennis, table tennis, flying ball court, restaurant, market. From mid-June to early September also: windsurf school, wind-surf rental, sailboats, pedaloes and canoes. Other things to note The accommodation does not have sheets, towels, and toilet paper. Sheets can be rented at a cost of €15 per person by booking them before your arrival or you can bring your own from home. Bath and kitchen linen must be brought from home. We provide a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. If you bring the sheets from home, we remind you that the room with the double bed has a double duvet (not two single duvets). Mattress size: single 190 x 80, double 190 x 160. Duvet size: single 200 x 150, double 200 x 250. The expense not included in the price is the accommodation tax of €1 per night for those over 13 years of age.
