On the ground floor, and through the front door is the living room (with A/C), guest bathroom with shower, Bedroom 1 with a 135cm wide bed (perfect for kids or smaller adults), the full equipped kitchen, and the outdoor patio (where the washing machine is located). The first floor can be accessed either by the stairway inside the house or by the staircase from the outdoor patio, which provides access to all floors of the property and the rooftop terrace. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a 150cm wide and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has shower/bath.
