The exclusive living space is spread over three levels and is divided into two bedrooms, a sleeping area in the converted attic, two bathrooms and a spacious living/dining area. Due to its unique location, the house offers a fantastic water view from each of the high-quality furnished rooms as well as from every point of the property and the terrace. The space The spacious living area with a dining table for six and an adjoining, high-quality kitchen is on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. In the cooler season, a crackling fireplace spreads the special coziness. Two cozy seating areas, placed in front of one of the large glass fronts, invite you to linger and relax and offer an unobstructed view of the vastness of the Hagensche Wieck and the Zickersche Berge. In the adjacent kitchen area there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and various small items. A kitchen counter with stools completes the high-quality furnishings. One of the modern bathrooms can also be found on the ground floor. It has a washbasin, shower and toilet. A washing machine is also available. A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with a large, comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a private flat-screen TV. Each wardrobe offers enough space for your vacation wardrobe. In one of the bedrooms there is also a separate dressing area, where a chaise longue invites you to sit down. The highlight on this floor is the second bathroom of this house. From the bathtub there is a breathtaking view of the Hagensche Wieck. Relaxation is guaranteed here – regardless of the change of seasons. A large walk-in shower, a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and another flat-screen TV make this room a true wellness oasis. A sauna, also with stunning views, completes the exclusive impression. The third sleeping area with a single bunk bed (about 1.60 x 2 m) is located in the converted attic of the house. The spacious, wrap-around terrace with a beach chair completes the excellent overall impression. The balcony or terrace furniture is available seasonally - usually from May to the end of September. Two parking spaces and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. Bicycles, beach utensils, children's toys, etc. can be placed in a lockable shed. This exclusive vacation home can be booked for 1 – 6 people. Your small, well-behaved four-legged friend is also allowed upon request and for a fee.
