This spacious and family friendly house has a fully stocked kitchen and 4 bedrooms with comfy beds, quality bedding, ceiling fans and 5 UHD Smart TVs. Huge game room offers extra activities (Ping Pong, Foosball & basketball). A nice gazebo locates in the fully fenced-in backyard, perfect for kids & pets. Excellent location, 5-8 minutes to Downtown Pittsburgh/Convention Center/Strip District, universities, museums, hospitals, or stores/shops on McKnight Rd, Ross Park Mall/McCandless Crossing. The space This spacious (>2500 square feet livable space including the game room on the lower level) ranch house has 4 sized bedrooms with 2 king and 2 queen beds plus a full sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 9 adults. We also have a crib and a changing table in one of the bigger bedrooms. Each bedroom (except one) has a ceiling fan and its own UHD smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime videos, YouTube, etc. This house also has a super nice electric fireplace, perfect for reading on snowy nights. Additionally, there is a high end oversized genuine leather sofa in the living room for families getting together. Indoor entertainment equipments, including a professional Ping Pong table, a Basketball Arcade game and a Foosball table, are available for guests to have some fun! Under the super nice solid wood gazebo are some comfy outdoor furnitures, facing a huge sized fully fenced in private backyard, perfect for dogs and young children. Specially, our house is perfect for UPMC patients who need kidney or liver transplant, and we have served numerous families for those purposes. We have also proudly hosted numerous athletes such as Steelers and Pirates players. Text the host for extra discount on longer-term/extended stay. Guest access The whole house except the garage, which is our storage area and is not shared with guests. Other things to note There is a nice Weber grill/outdoor kitchen under the wooden gazebo for the guests to enjoy grilling or cooking out in summer and fall. Our backyard is fully fenced in, perfect for families with dogs or young children. Pets are welcome with a fixed pet fee for each stay, up to 2 dogs/cats. Guests will receive checkin instruction on the early morning of the day they arrive.
