Nestled in a forest with 8000 m2 of land, it will be your starting point for many walks and discoveries. From most of the rooms in the house, and especially from the terrace, the view of the Auray River is magnificent. The space Spread over two levels and an outbuilding, the house consists of: On the ground floor, you will discover the large living room and its beautiful fireplace for pleasant moments by the fire in the armchairs and sofas. The dining room is in the extension of the living room, you all find yourselves around the beautiful family table that can accommodate 12 people. You have direct access to the terrace. From the living/dining room, access the kitchen via a few steps. Then the bedrooms and bathroom: The first bedroom, bathed in light and its sublime view of the Etel estuary: double bed 140 cm x 190 cm, wardrobe and dresser The second very bright bedroom also has a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, a dresser and a beautiful mirror. The bathroom is a nice size with a large shower, bathtub, large sink and vanity unit. By a staircase you access the mezzanine (with two single extra beds) which overlooks the living room and then a very large bedroom consisting of: Warm and full of light with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, flat-screen TV, armchairs and various storage. For more independence you have access to the outbuilding through the garden, which offers two beautiful bedrooms each with: double bed 140 cm x 190 cm, bedside tables and storage. And a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink. Hotel-style bed and house linens (towels, bath mats and dish towels) are included in the rental. Beds are prepared before your arrival. The exterior of the property calls for rest and relaxation. At the front of the house, enjoy your meals in front of the sunrise with views of the Auray River. There you will find a large table with garden chairs as well as sun loungers. At the back of the house, we also provide you with two garden lounges.
