Spend great times with family or friends in this beautiful 200 m2 Breton house that can accommodate 10 to 12 people. Nestled in a forest with 8000 m2 of land, it will be your starting point for many walks and discoveries. From most of the rooms in the house, and especially from the terrace, the view of the Auray River is magnificent. The space Spread over two levels and an outbuilding, the house consists of: On the ground floor, you will discover the large living room and its superb fireplace for pleasant moments by the fire in the armchairs and sofas. The dining room is in the extension of the living room, you all meet around the beautiful family table that seats 12 people. You have direct access to the terrace. From the living/dining room, access the kitchen via a few steps. Furnished and very well-equipped, you will find among other things: ceramic cooktops Rotating heat oven Fridge Freezer Dishwasher, Nespresso Manual express coffee maker Filter coffee maker Sodastream Household robots Cookware Pastryware Pots, dishes, saucepans Miscellaneous dishes and silverware Also on the ground floor, access the hallway that leads to a laundry room with everything you need: washing machine, dryer, second refrigerator, sink, ironing board and iron. Then the bedrooms and the bathroom: The first bedroom, bathed in light and its sublime view of the Etel estuary: 140 cm x 190 cm double bed, wardrobe and dresser The second very bright bedroom also has a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, a dresser and a beautiful mirror. The bathroom is a nice size with a large shower, bathtub, large sink and vanity. By a staircase you access the mezzanine (with two extra single beds) overlooking the living room and then a very large bedroom consisting of: Cozy and full of light with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, flat screen TV, armchairs and various storage spaces. For greater independence, you have access to the outbuilding via the garden, which offers two lovely bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm (5' 3" x 6' 7") double bed, bedside tables, and storage space. And a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink. Hotel-style bed and house linens (towels, bath mats and dish towels) are included in the rental. Beds are prepared prior to your arrival. The exterior of the property calls for rest and relaxation. At the front of the house, enjoy your meals in front of the sunrise overlooking the Auray River. There is a large table with garden chairs and sun loungers. At the back of the house, we also provide you with two garden seating sets. The house is full of activities available on site: ping pong table, foosball table, bicycles, board games, and even more that you will discover!
