The space This villa is in a new residential area, just a 5-minute drive from the beach. If you want to visit the beautiful Roman area of Tarragona, it is 24 km away by car (about 26 min.) And 38 km (40 min.) if you want to visit one of the best amusement parks in the world, Port Aventura. The villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Roda de Barà, close to shops and restaurants. About 2 km away you will find a shopping area with several large supermarkets. It is a single villa on the street with a private pool. Upon entering through the main door of the house you will find a hallway that separates the night area from the day area. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a huge shower. The living area consists of a large equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining room with high ceilings. On the first floor is a beautiful room with access to the terrace and incredible panoramic ocean views. Plus a bathroom with a bathtub and a dressing room. Outside, there is a large barbecue area next to a summer kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and barbecue utensils. It also has a private pool, and a large bathroom with a shower to use in that area without having to go up to the house. The villa is built on a plot of 972 meters where 225 is housing. The villa's design is modern and ideal for families. Guest access The accommodation is totally exclusive for guests. You won't share any areas with anyone else. One set of sheets per bed and one set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you want a change of sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. Housekeeping is not included during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. Pool maintenance is done weekly by qualified personnel. The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule machine. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. The staff in charge of handing over the keys will NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is €1.00 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 do not pay). RESPONSIBILITY Booking the house implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read the property rules that will be posted carefully. No parties or smoking inside the apartment. For irresponsible behavior, the owner may ask guests to leave the house immediately, without the right to compensation or refund. It is forbidden to use the house with more occupants than the house's capacity. Guests are responsible for the proper care of the house during their stay and agree to return it in the same condition in which the house and its equipment were found, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear of the house. If there are any defects in the house, please notify us immediately and we will try to fix them as soon as possible. Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the house in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the garbage in the street containers, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CHECK-IN Check-in time is from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. All arrivals between 9:00 pm and 11:59 pm will incur a surcharge of €50. Arrivals after midnight must be communicated in advance and will incur an additional charge as appropriate. The person responsible for check-in will wait at the house to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you are unable to arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting. Losing keys will incur a surcharge of €75 for each set and €100 for the parking remote. IMPORTANT: If due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, a locksmith has to be called to open the property door, the expenses will be charged to the guest through a request for money via Airbnb.
