Stone farmhouse: pool/petanque 14 people - 7 bedrooms/6 bathrooms

The Mas d'Andran (4-star furnished tourist accommodation) 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms can accommodate up to 14 people (including babies) in the 235 m² house and the 70 m² apartment. The apartment is in the extension of the house accessible by the outside stone staircase. A lovely view of the 5,000m2 Mediterranean garden, weeping willows and fruit trees. Enjoy a peaceful stay in the countryside in Drôme Provençale. The space The house consists of 5 bedrooms including 1 PMR bedroom (18, 20, 35 and 2x25 m2) each with 1 bathroom and 1 private bathroom. The 70 m² apartment consists of 2 bedrooms of 13 m², a living room and a kitchen (entrance via the stone staircase). The rooms have an area of 2x13 m², 18 m², 20 m², 35 m² and 2x25 m². The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable (180 x 190 cm) and new. Bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 small) as well as a pool towel per person will be provided. The dining room of the living room is spacious and close to the kitchen, which will allow you to eat comfortably. A stone cathedral lounge with its mezzanine and a private terrace shaded by a majestic wisteria will embellish your vacation. The house is on the park side. The 15 x 5 m swimming pool (enclosed by a wall, a hedge and a door), its large terrace (with shower and toilet), the summer kitchen for poolside meals, the 5000 m2 Mediterranean garden and the petanque court are for the exclusive use of the guests of the house and the apartment. It is important to note that very young children must be supervised at all times around the pool. Private parking is also available. A tourist guide will be at your disposal to discover the Drôme Provençale. We have Wi-Fi. However, it may vary depending on the weather and the thickness of the stone walls. Guest access The summer kitchen by the pool and its two terraces are for the exclusive use of the guests of the house and apartment. There is also the petanque court as well as the garden. Other things to note The part of the estate reserved for guests is fully enclosed. Only the entrance is open. Children will be able to play safely. The pool door for safety reasons must remain closed
