The apartment is in the extension of the house accessible by the outside stone staircase. A lovely view of the 5,000m2 Mediterranean garden, weeping willows and fruit trees. Enjoy a stay in the countryside with peace of mind. The space The house consists of 5 bedrooms including 1 PMR bedroom (18, 20, 35 and 2x25 m2) with each 1 bathroom and 1 private bathroom. The apartment of 70 m² consists of 2 bedrooms of 13 m², a living room and a kitchen. The rooms have an area of 2x13 m², 18 m2, 20 m², 35 m2 and 2x25 m2. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable (180 x 190 cm) and new. Bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 small) as well as a pool towel per person will be provided. The living room dining area is spacious and close to the kitchen, which will allow you to eat comfortably. A stone cathedral lounge with its mezzanine and a private terrace shaded by a majestic wisteria will embellish your holidays. The house is located on the park side. The 15 x 5 m swimming pool (fenced by a wall, a hedge and a door), its large terrace (with shower and toilet), the summer kitchen for meals by the pool, the 5000 m2 Mediterranean garden and the pétanques court are for the exclusive use of the guests of the house and the apartment. It is important to note that very young children must be supervised at all times around the pool. Private parking is also available.
