A perfect location for a summer beach holiday or a winter cozy retreat. The space Self contained independent apartment is on the ground floor of a storybook cottage. The suite contains a spacious motel style room. Incorporating a Queen sized bed, as well as a comfortable queen size fold out sofa bed. There is a ceiling fan and TV/DVD player, with Netflix, recycle heating/cooling. The modern en-suite has a walk in shower and there is a separate toilet. There is a kitchenette that is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, bar fridge/freezer and convection oven. The room contains a modern extendable table that seats 2 to 4 people. There is a private court yard with a peaceful garden and outdoor dining facilities, including a 4 burner BBQ. Guest access Entrance is via a merbu gate to the left of the life buoy at the front of the property into the relaxing private courtyard. There is a key safe so you can access the key anytime after 3 pm. All linen supplied including towels. Laundry with washing machine and dryer is shared and via an external door.
