Anno 1728 - Heritage award-winning House

Our heritage building was completely rebuilt as in 1728 but with current technology of 2016. Ancient windows, low ceilings, natural floors and a lot of other details in this wooden house restored by an architect who only works on heritage buildings. It won the federal heritage award 2016. The space It is a completely rebuilt heritage house from 1728. We know this from a scientific analysis of the woods used in the house. This house never had water, heating or electricity before we rebuilt it in 2016. Every step to restore it was coordinated from an architect who only works on heritage buildings together with the official German historic monuments protection authority. We even hat a professional renovator restore the ceilings and some other parts in the space and analyze it for historic documentation. Nothing has been changed to meet todays standards. We kept the low ceiling and did not change anything about the steep stairways. We do have modern electricity, heating, water and high speed Wifi though. :-D Guest access You can access the whole heritage building through our courtyard. Please only use the ground and upper floor. Please do not enter other buildings on the lawn. Please do not use the parking lots in the courtyard but park on the street. Other things to note Beware of the following restrictions: 1. Low ceiling: Our house is from 1728. It has low ceilings. Normally 2 metres / 6,5 ft. 2. Steep Stairs: The stairways are very steep.
