It has been lovingly renovated by the present owners keeping as much of the original character as possible. The house is on 3 levels. The tiled living area featuring exposed stone walls is on the top floor. Here there is a comfortable lounge and a large modern eat-in kitchen extending out onto a private sunny roof-top terrace with BBQ where most relaxing and entertaining happens during the Summer months. The kitchen includes gas range and oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, refrigerator, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The middle floor consists of 3 double bedrooms and a toilet with handbasin. The entrance on the ground floor, leads into a second living area. There is a large bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, washing machine and dryer. The house has unlimited internet access. Some TV channels are in english, some in French. In front of the house is a small cobble stoned square for parking. There is a post office, bar and small grocery shop in the town with fresh bread daily. As well as regular visits by the mobile butcher, fruit and vegetable and chicken vans. The town is surrounded by lovely hills with wonderful walks right from the front door of the house.
