Escape to the country and unwind in our beautifully presented rural retreat — a peaceful haven surrounded by rolling hills, native wildlife, and all the comforts of home. Main House (four bedrooms, two bathrooms) Framed by sweeping verandahs, the main house features stylish, spacious interiors with four beautifully appointed bedrooms: • A serene master suite with plush king bed, walk-in robe & private ensuite • Two inviting queen bedrooms with built-in robes • A cozy twin room, perfect for kids or friends Enjoy a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and meals area with a crackling wood fire, flowing into a sunlit formal lounge and dining room — perfect for relaxed family dinners or group gatherings. A modern bathroom and laundry complete the space. Incorporated when booked for 10 guests; Unit (one bedroom, one bathroom) Ideal for extra guests or added privacy, the self-contained unit includes: • A fifth bedroom with queen bed • Private ensuite & walk-in robe • Open-plan kitchen and living area Year-round comfort is assured with heating and cooling throughout. Fresh linen, towels, and full laundry facilities are all provided. Breaching this rule will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund for the remaining stay. ⸻ 🏊 Pool Access & Use Our outdoor pool is available and serviced during the warmer months (October to May). Please note: the pool is not heated. ⸻ 🔥 BBQ Facilities We provide: • A gas BBQ (gas is supplied) • A charcoal Weber BBQ (please bring your own charcoal if you’d like to use it) ⸻ 📶 Connectivity • Strong mobile reception throughout the property • NBN Wi-Fi is available for guest use • A smart TV is provided for streaming and entertainment ⸻ 🪵 Fireplace & Firewood A barrel of firewood is provided at check-in for use with the fireplace. Should you need more, local petrol stations nearby offer wood for purchase. ⸻ 🐾 Pet Policy We welcome certain dog breeds by prior arrangement only. Please note: • There is no fully fenced outdoor area • All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside • Guests must clean up after their pets To confirm if your pet is suitable for the farm, please reach out before booking with details. 🏡 Private Unit An attached private unit is available for groups of 9 or more guests, or for those who would like a separate space for part of their group. The unit includes: • 1 bedroom with an open-plan kitchen/living area • Bathroom (incorporated into the bedroom) • Heating and cooling Booking details: • To include the unit in your stay, your booking must be made for 10 guests, which adds $150 per night for the unit. • The unit will not be accessible unless included in your booking. • If fewer than 10 guests will be staying but you would still like access to the unit, please contact us before arrival.
