Cottage in middle of nature

Characteristic half-timbered detached cottage for 4-6 people, with roof terrace and sunny garden connected to a crystal-clear stream. In the middle of the Unesco Biosphere Pfalzerwoud. From your frontdoor into nature! The space In the middle of the nature of the Palatinate Forest. The original cottage is probably over 300 years old, where the base is made of sandstone. These stones were taken by the villagers from the castle of Elmstein. Because the house is so old you have to deal with low ceilings (living room 2.10). The old wooden beams are made visible again, the half-timbered has been restored on the inside and there is totally renewed bathroom (shower has a raised ceiling) You have access to the garden through the kitchen and also through an private alley at the side of the house. The garden is connected to a shallow, clear stream. In the garden and on the roof-terrace the sun can be fully enjoyed. On cold days is the wood stove a very nice addition tho the living room. Guest access The cottage has the following areas: Hall with access to living room and kitchen Living room connected to the dining room. Behind the dining room there is a bedroom with two beds (200x100) Through the hall you go to the 1st floor with large landing with a sleeping couch, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and the second bedroom with one bed (200x140) By a steep ladder the open sleeping loft is reached. Two beds (90x200) Beside the house is a corridor with access to the basement where bicycles can be accommodated.
