The space Designed by an award winning designer in Australia Guest access the entire house including bedrooms, bathrooms, powder room, living room, kitchen, laundry, garden and etc. Other things to note * Portacot We can set up two portacots for kids less than 120cm tall and 15kg weight, $40 per stay per cot. Cots can be setup in Adori and Mermaid rooms. * Rules 1. Boys and/or girls night is not allowed, Strictly no party/business functions, no pet and non smoking rule. 2. Check-in 2PM, Check-out 10AM. 3. We do not have required safety facilities to accommodate schoolies and graduates. Extra deposit is required for groups which have 50% (or more) guests between 14-24 years old. 4. Guests need to agree on “conditions of entering to pool area” before using pool area. 5. WiFi and Netflix are best-effort services. (Reference: 100% uptime for recent year since we are listed on Airbnb in May 2018.) 6. Guests are allowed to check-out earlier if there is water, electricity or gas supply outage.
