This old house, completely renovated, spreads its 280 square meters over three levels, offering a harmonious marriage between authenticity and modernity. On the ground floor, you will discover a fully equipped open kitchen, where parquet and stones of yesteryear mingle. Equipped with an oven, induction stove, hood, toaster, kettle and Nespresso and filter coffee machines, this kitchen will be the scene of delicious culinary creations. The adjacent dining room, adorned with a table seating 8 to 14 guests, is ideal for friendly meals. The living room, equipped with a fireplace and a television, invites you to relax. The ground floor also houses a full bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms await you, accompanied by an additional bathroom with shower and toilet. Under the attic, a converted attic houses a games room and a large bedroom, thus offering additional space for entertainment or rest. At the heart of a fully enclosed 900-square-meter garden, you will discover a true haven of peace. A 4 x 8 meter heated private pool, operational from April to the end of September, promises refreshing and relaxing moments. On the large terrace, a garden table with umbrella and deckchairs invite you to enjoy the sun and fresh air. Please note that, out of respect for the neighborhood, outdoor parties are not allowed. Nestled between the majestic Rhône, the Grand Colombier mountain and the Marais de Lavours, this bucolic enclave of Bugey offers you an enchanting setting at the gates of Savoie, near the cities of Aix-les-Bains, Chambéry and Annecy, and halfway between Lyon and Geneva. The area is full of outdoor activities: hiking and cycling along the Via Rhôna, discovering picturesque waterfalls, swimming and water activities at Point Vert opposite the Blue Valley, canyoning, tree climbing and fishing in the Rhône.
