Equipped with Wi-Fi Internet access, the apartment consists of: - a spacious living room with equipped kitchen and all the necessary appliances (induction stove, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette machine...). A corner sofa (new, changed in summer 2022) as well as an armchair will allow you to relax and spend pleasant evenings. The Bed-Express system sofa (easy opening without removing the cushions or the seat) allows sleeping 2 people (mattress 160x200 - duvet 240x220 - 60x60 pillows). The TV makes it possible to watch the French TNT channels but also the main foreign channels (English, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian...) - A bedroom for 3 people, consisting of a bunk bed, offering 2 sleeping dimensions. The first 140x200 (duvet 240x220 - 60x60 pillows) for 2 people and the second 90x200 (140x220 duvet - 60x60 pillow) for 1 person. The upper square is forbidden for children under the age of 6. The bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate an umbrella bed - The bathroom composed of a bath and a basin. A hair dryer is available. - A separate toilet. - An iron and ironing board complete the equipment but the apartment is not equipped with a washing machine. A laundromat is located in the neighboring municipality of Praz. - Covered parking located in Parking de La Tania. The heart of the resort is totally pedestrianized, the parking is 80 meters away from our residence (elevator to elevator). The maximum height indicated at the entrance to the car park is 2 meters. Other things to note On site, our apartment is managed by the company Les Clés Blanches. Their employees will take care of welcoming you in the best conditions and will hand over the keys as well as the inventory. They will offer you, as an option, cleaning services as well as concierge services (sheets for beds and duvets, bath towels, baby equipment, etc.). You can also count on the La Tania Tourist Office, which is available to give you as much information as possible and guide you throughout your stay. Please note that for any reservation, we require the signing of a rental agreement.
