Ideally located between Courchevel and Méribel in the 3 Vallées area. Pedestrian resort, ideal with children / close to all shops. Apartment with ski-in and ski-out access. The space The accommodation has a capacity of 4 people. Equipped with Wi-Fi Internet access, the apartment consists of: - a spacious living room with equipped kitchen and all the necessary appliances (induction cooktop, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette machine...). A corner sofa (new, changed in summer 2022) and an armchair will allow you to relax and spend pleasant evenings. The Bed-Express sofa system (easy opening without removing the cushions or the seat) allows 2 people to sleep (mattress 160 x 200 - duvet 240 x 220 - pillows 60 x 60). The TV allows you to watch the French TNT channels but also the main foreign channels (English, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian...) - A bedroom for 3 people consisting of a bunk bed offering 2 sleeping dimensions. The first 140 x 200 (duvet 240 x 220 - pillows 60 x 60) for 2 people and the second 90 x 200 (duvet 140 x 220 - pillow 60 x 60) for 1 person. The upper bunk is forbidden for children under 6 years old. The room is spacious enough to accommodate a baby bed - The bathroom consists of a bathtub and a sink. A hairdryer is available. - A separate toilet. - An iron and ironing board complete the equipment but the apartment is not equipped with a washing machine. A laundromat is located in the neighboring municipality of Praz. - Covered parking located in the La Tania car park. The heart of the resort is completely pedestrian, the parking lot is 80 meters from our residence (from elevator to elevator). The maximum height indicated at the entrance to the parking lot is 2 meters. Other things to note On site, our apartment is managed by the company Les Clés Blanches. Their employees will take care of welcoming you in the best conditions and will carry out the key handover as well as the inventory. They will offer you, as an option, cleaning services as well as concierge services (sheets for beds and duvets, bath towels, baby equipment, etc.). You can also count on the La Tania Tourist Office, which is available to give you as much information as possible and guide you throughout your stay. Please note that for any booking, we require the signing of a rental agreement.
