Recently built, this modern two bedroom property features a sea-view roof garden and outdoor pool. With large patio doors leading out to the terrace, the ground-floor lounge has two sofas, a coffee table and widescreen TV with satellite channels, as well as a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen forms part of the same open-plan area, and is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and other appliances. The villa also has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom can be found upstairs, each room offering ample storage with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. On the same floor, the main bathroom comes with a shower, while another WC is situated downstairs.
