Ursula´s house is located on the top of a 16,000 m2´s farm, surrounded by orange and palm trees, flowering plants and vineyards. It takes about 10 minutes by car to arrive from Altea´s centre by car. It is ideal for families looking for peace, calm and, privacy. It has its own special charm: it is completely round, it has wooden beamed ceilings, roofs with different heights and, iron grilles and doors to protect it. The space The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors. Around the house there are gardens, a big barbaque, and a swimming pool with a springboard. The proximity to the beach, to Altea, and to shopping areas, make this house a marvellous place to spend your holidays with family and friends. The swimming pool is surrounded by five majestic palm trees, it has 62 m2, and it is completely private. Moreover, it has a shower, hammocks, sun umbrellas, tables, chairs and a cute bar. In the open area it is possible to park more than five cars. Other things to note Altea is a coastal town with a charming old town, full of narrow streets and viewpoints, with a variety of restaurants and craft markets. Its beautiful beaches are made of stone, which makes them the perfect place for diving, as well as practicing any kind of water sport. There are many places of interest and it is located 20 minutes away from Benidorm by car. If you like nature walks or cycling, there are ideal areas such as the river (Rio Algar) and mountains.
