Although the villa is in a quiet area, the colourful city of Alcudia and its various gastronomic and entertainment options are just 10 minutes by car, and the beautiful Alcudia beach is also 10 minutes away. Please note that air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. Welcome to Villa Ignaci! Information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
