Great 4 bedroom duplex in the fantastic Gilmafacho complex with 2 balconies, offering privileged views over the sea and also over one of the 3 pools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare nice homemade meals, including an airfryer, great for making delicious meals in the least amount of time. Two of the bedrooms have a king-sized bed, bedroom 3 has twin beds, one of them with a pull-out bed underneath and bedroom 4 has a high quality double sofa-bed. Bedroom 4 can also be used as an office during the day as it has a work space with desk and chair. The property can sleep up to 8 people in all comfort. There is also a separate WC room. 2 lovely balconies offer views over the sea and pool and there is a small portable barbecue for your private use. The complex itself boasts of beautiful shared gardens and a variety of free activities on-site such as 3 large pools, child's pool, tennis court, mini-golf, squash court, and games room, equipped with table tennis, a pool table and wireless internet access, which also reaches the second pool area. The complex also offers communal sun-loungers around all 3 pools. The complex is located about 1 km from the beach but due to its elevated position, a car might be recommended. São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here. Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars. Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
