My house is more than hundred years old house, and we just finished the renovation! It located in downtown, Victoria historic area. walkable to Forsyth Park . Driving to the river street only 8 minutes. To SCAD museum only 5 minutes. Free parking on street. We just finished the renovation of this house. The apartment is very commodious and has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a Queen size bed and a sofa, and the second bedroom with queen size bed. The living room has a TV and one couch , one sofa bed. A small dining area, the kitchen is just updated with new cabinets, sink and faucet.
