Spacious apartment with sea view, private entrance & parking in the quiet area of Saguarda. Light living room with fully equipped open kitchen and dining area. In winter, a large wood stove keeps you warm. On the terrace, you'll find a plancha (a gas grill) and a Kamado barbecue. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a mosquito net. Equipped with a smart TV with Chrome cast and high speed internet. In high season (July, August & September) the use of the communal swimming pool is included. The space The large, light living room with fully equipped open kitchen and dining area opens to the terrace with glass sliding doors. In winter, a large wood burner will keep you warm. The kitchen has a 90 cm stove with oven, a smaller separate oven and all the appliances you could ever want. On the terrace you'll find a plancha (gass grill plate) as well as a small Kamado barbecue and a dining table. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), one with two single beds (80 x 200). All bedrooms have air conditioning and a mosquito net. One separate toilet, two bathrooms of which one has a double shower and the other is equipped with a second toilet. All bedrooms look out onto a small patio where you can find a big Kamado barbecue and an outside shower. In the high season (July, August & September), the use of the communal swimming pool* is included. A (paid) tennis court is just steps away. From the apartment, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and the center of Cadaques, as well as to the Parc Natural de Cap de Creus, an excellent starting point for jogging, hiking, and mountain biking. A home away from home. *State of emergency in Catalonia due to extreme drought To address the drought in Catalonia, the government has decided to declare a state of emergency in January 2024. This means that new measures will be taken to restrict water usage. The first phase of the state of emergency results in a limit of 200 liters of water per person per day. Therefore, we kindly ask you to be mindful of your water usage during your stay. Additionally, it is no longer allowed to fill or refill a swimming pool. Our communal pool is filled, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to refill during the summer.
