The main entrance from the garden leads to the ground floor with eat-in kitchen with induction hob, open plan living room with dining area, a double bedroom with dividable beds and a service bathroom. The internal staircase leads up to the first floor with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and whirlpool shower and a spacious terrace. The internal staircase also leads down to the basement with a bathroom with shower. The garage and the laundry area are reached from the garden. Air conditioning only in the first floor bedrooms. Guest access Park: The beautiful garden, divided into several terraces, is an explosion of green with the typical shrubs and bushes of the Mediterranean scrub, shaded by cypress and olive trees.
