The accommodation is in a privileged location in the foothills of Sierra Nevada, where we can enjoy the only ski resort in Andalusia. The 360 square meter house is decorated with exquisite taste, and it combines the beauty of the rustic environment that surrounds it and the comfort of an accommodation full of charm and that has all the facilities to accommodate fifteen people comfortably. Maximum 13 adults and 2 children children. The space The master bedroom is very spacious and has a large window with extraordinary views of Granada. In addition, it is equipped with a dressing room and an outdoor private bathroom. As for the second sleeper bedroom, it retains the magic of a duvet room, lined with wood, and has a double bed of 90, ideal for a child. In a private space, connected with a small cozy terrace on the roof, is the last bedroom, with a trundle bed for two people. an adult and a child. These last two bedrooms are on the top floor. All rooms are provided with bed linens and towels for all guests. On the first floor is the kitchen, fully equipped with appliances such as ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and kitchenware. There is also a laundry space, equipped with washing machine, ironing board and ironing board. On that same floor there is another bathroom and a spacious all outdoor living room with a huge terrace to enjoy its evenings, both in winter and summer, as it has a fireplace perfect for gathering around it on the vacant days of the cold station. In the living room there is a 42 "LCD TV, a library and a beautiful dining room. There is a ground floor, with separate access, which has three additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of them, with 135 double bed, in one of which there is also a single bed of 105. The third bedroom has three single beds of 90 cm. The house has a 5 x 10 meter swimming pool and cozy spaces to enjoy both day and night. It has a barbecue and is dotted with fruit trees, aromatic and ornamental plants.
