The accommodation is in a privileged enclave in the foothills of Sierra Nevada, where we can enjoy the only ski resort in Andalusia. The 360-square-meter house is decorated with exquisite taste, combining the beauty of the rustic surroundings and the comfort of a charming accommodation with all the amenities to accommodate fifteen people comfortably. Maximum 13 adults and two children. The space The master bedroom is very spacious and has a large window with extraordinary views of Granada. In addition, it is equipped with a dressing room and an outdoor private bathroom. As for the second attic bedroom, it retains the magic of a Nordic room, lined with wood, and has a double bed and another 90 cm bed, ideal for a child. In a private space, connected to a small, very cozy rooftop terrace, is the last bedroom, with a trundle bed for two people, an adult and a child. These last two bedrooms are located on the top floor. All rooms are provided with linens and towels for all guests. On the first floor is the kitchen, fully equipped with appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. There is also a laundry space, equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there is another bathroom and a large outdoor living room with a huge terrace to enjoy your evenings, both in winter and summer, as it has a fireplace perfect for gathering around on the unpleasant days of the cold season. In the living room there is a 42-inch LCD TV, a library and a beautiful dining room. There is a ground floor, with independent access, which has three additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of them have a double bed of 135 cm, and one of them also has a single bed of 105 cm. The third bedroom has three 90 cm single beds. The house has a 5 x 10 meter swimming pool and cozy spaces to enjoy it both day and night. It has a barbecue and is dotted with fruit trees, aromatic and ornamental plants.
