The apartment is about a three minute drive from the sea, while you can reach in ten minutes the historic center of Rimini with its monuments and commercial attractions. The nearest entrance to the Fiera di Rimini is 1 km away, reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. For the various destinations you can take the bus that stops right in front of the house. Our accommodation gives peace to families with children, couples, business travelers or leisure travelers. The space It is an apartment of about ninety square meters renovated in detail and comfortable. It welcomes you with a large room and a masonry kitchen equipped with every comfort. A short corridor will allow you to access the other rooms: two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a study. One bedroom has a double bed, the other, at the moment, has two separate single beds. However, you can easily change the current chamber setting. You can request, at least in advance, that two single beds be placed side by side to form another double bed. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. They can enjoy resting under the veranda and strolling in the tree-lined park in front of the entrance, in the center of which is an artificial pond with fish and a waterfall. N.B. Pets are welcome and can share the vacation with their owners. However, for the avoidance of doubt, please note that since other free-roaming animals live on the property (currently a dog and three cats), guests must keep their pets on a leash and supervise their movements in the outdoor areas (park, veranda, parking lot, etc.).
