'Villa Monte St António' - Villa with sea view

The Villa is spacious inside including a large lounge and dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom can sleep up to 4 guests through the 2 single beds with pull-out beds underneath. The property sleeps a maximum of 6 people plus a baby. The 2 bedrooms of the property have en-suite shower rooms. There is an additional bathroom for guests to use. The space For entertainment indoors there is free Wi-Fi and cable TV, books and board games. The Villa has a fireplace and some mobile heaters for the colder months. Outside you have a very vast private area, with furnished terrace and many relaxing areas offering a dreamy setting for a wonderful holiday. The Villa is in a fantastic position within São Martinho, only a 10 minute walk down to the bay. If you are coming with a car then the property has off street parking for 2 cars. Pets are welcome for an additional charge (1 pet, less than 30 kg). São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here. Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars. Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
