Spacious apartment near Munich!

Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment "Rosalie" Glonn is located in the Munich area and is a hub for many excursions - to the city, to the mountains, for cycling and hiking tours and much more! The space Our newly renovated, approx. 60 m² apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. There is the cozy, sun-drenched living area with an abundantly equipped kitchen and dining area. The two (foldable) sofas invite you to read, watch TV, relax,... or they enjoy the (evening)sun on the south or one of the two west balconies! On the 1st floor there is also the bathroom with shower / WC, hair dryer and washing machine and a closet for your personal belongings. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a balcony facing west, with a beautiful view of nature. There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds and enough space in the spacious closets. Whether as a couple, as a family and/or active vacationer (hiking, cycling, skiing, swimming, etc.) or traveling for work – you are always welcome with us! Please note that we do not offer breakfast! The proximity to nature, but also to Munich (30 km), Tölzer Land (40 km), Rosenheim (30 km) or Chiemgau (50 km) make us a popular hub! The nearest supermarket is located in the Herrmannsdorfer Landwerkstätten, about 800 m away, or in Glonn (about 1 km). The Grafing, 10 km away, can be reached either by bus , MVV line 440, (about 30 m to the next bus stop) in about 25 minutes or by car in 10 minutes. From there there there is a regular train connection to Munich, Rosenheim, Salzburg, Kufstein. On foot you can reach from us after about 1 km, past the idyllic castle pond, the beautiful castle Zinneberg with the small monastery shop , or the Gut Sonnenhausen about 2 km away with many cultural events, or the Herrmannsdorf country workshops with farm shop, playground and many animals. Guest access For their children there is a spacious garden with swing, sand pile, slide and an area for playing football and an area! Other things to note We are very rural with cats, ducks and chickens and in the immediate vicinity there are cows!
