The apartment is beautiful and spacious, Located close to Loweswater. Enjoy a peaceful stay in this real home in the Lake District. A tranquil village location close to Western Lakes attractions, and just a short drive to the Georgian market town of Cockermouth, where you will find bistro's, independent shops and lots more to do. If you want a relaxing stay in glorious surroundings then the apartment is just the place for you. Relax, enjoy and take in the wonderful views. The space The apartment is modern, very spacious and located within a private Mews in a typically rural Cumbrian village of about 30 homes. There are two working farms within the village, so animals are a feature of life and can often be seen moving along the lanes. Walk from the door, or just take a short drive to enjoy some of the Lake Districts great attractions. Guest access You will have a personal parking space with the option of second visitors place. Access to the apartment is through wrought iron gates and a private staircase to the apartment. The whole apartment is very private and exclusively yours. A shared enclosed courtyard with picnic tables and covered seating is available for alfresco dining and is a real sun trap. Small children can play here in safety if you ensure the gates are kept closed. Other things to note There is no public transport in the village, so a car is essential to access all the attractions to be found in the Lake District.
