Located in a side street of Via Roma, in one of the most exclusive and quiet residential areas of Sperlonga, the villa combines the quiet of nature with the convenience of being a few steps from the historic center and the sea. The house, bright and welcoming, is perfect for relaxing outdoors thanks to the furnished patio and the garden, which blooms in the summer months. A pretty iron gate allows direct access to the sea. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with two comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), a dining table for 8 people and an LCD TV. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is complete with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes and a table perfect for breakfast. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with king size beds, spacious wardrobes, balconies and views of the greenery, and a twin bedroom with single beds, ideal for the little ones and equipped with a play corner. The bathroom in the sleeping area is large and has a double sink, shower and washing machine. Villa La Limonaia is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning in all rooms (included in the price), free Wi-Fi, fixed or mobile mosquito nets and a splendid garden equipped for outdoor dining even in the cooler months. From there you will receive all the instructions to access the villa. For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly. Self check-in is also available, to be agreed upon according to needs. Welcome Gift For each reservation made, we will be happy to offer you a credit of €30.00 to spend at I Love Charter for one of the following services: Rent a boat or dinghy with or without a boat license "Pontine Islands" Tour or "The Circeo Caves" Tour Alternatively, you will be entitled to two free tickets for the mini cruise “Grotta Azzurra Sperlonga” , upon purchase of at least one ticket. The cruise is available at 14:00 and 15:30. The date and time of the tour must be agreed directly with the company organizing the excursion, based on availability and weather conditions. The value of the gift will be deducted from the total price of the chosen tour, and you will only need to pay the difference. Offer valid from May 1st to October 30th. Other things to note Extra charges Final cleaning and general consumptions are included in the price, as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days the weekly linen change is included in the price. The beach service is included at the La Lanterna bathing establishment which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here will be at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds + 1 director's chair. The plant is centrally located in the town and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from approximately 1 April to approximately 15 October. The house included in the price 1 parking space in a private parking lot located in Via della Vite 100 in the period from about 1/05 to about 30/10. In other periods the parking is municipal which is subject to payment in some particular periods. Sperlonga City Tax We remind our kind guests that the tourist tax is in force and paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is €2.50 per day for people over 18 and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash upon check-in. Extra time check-in: Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these times, an extra check-in fee of € 30.00 will be applied. · A few days before arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate: - arrival time in Sperlonga, - specific requests - Inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and advice on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized! - Possibility of private transport to and from the airport We are able to satisfy the following requests should you need them: - extra cleaning during the stay - washing and ironing - cot available on request at an extra cost of €30.00 payable directly at check-in - babysitter - Guided tours of Sperlonga and its surroundings and entrance tickets for the main attractions - boat excursions both along the coast and on the Pontine islands with our company I Love Charter House Rules The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately use the services such as parking space and bathing establishment included in the price. The check-in time at the house is set from 15 to 20 but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival, you can enter immediately. We ask for an extra € 30.00 for late check-in from 20.00 onwards. Check-out is expected by 10:00 and does not include any service on that day Our House is well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. Prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of neighboring people and not to smoke in the house. If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit of 200 € is pre-authorized for any damage. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. Final cleaning will be fully refunded after check-out. Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution per animal of € 20 per night will be requested up to a maximum of € 100 per animal depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
