The space Apartment 1  This apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, on the left and has about 70 m² of living space. The furnishings feature functionality, exclusivity, and quality. The facilities therefore leave nothing to be desired. The floors are lined with oak wood. The equipment includes a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a music system with radio/ CD player/ Bluetooth interface and USB connection. A comfortable couch corner invites you to cozy hours in front of a fireplace. (Firewood is to be brought by yourself!)   From the living room, you can reach a wooden terrace furnished with modern lounge furniture. A modern barbecue and garden-covered boulevard round out the exclusive amenities.   Wi-Fi is free for guests. Then, adjacent to the modern decorated, bright living room, the open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with dining table is Scandinavian. The high-quality implementer fulfills all connoisseurs wishes. In addition to various small inventory, the kitchen has a Miele oven, a 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge & endashan freezer combination, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Ironing equipment is available during your stay. Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) as well as another TV.   In the bathroom with natural light, there is a floor-to-ceiling shower, toilet and private cozy sauna to relax in addition to a double sink. A separate guest toilet is also available.  All windows of this apartment are equipped with insect screens.   The garden with fresh kitchen herbs is laid out in the traditional monk-good farm garden style.   The apartment includes a (by arrangement two) You can also park your car parking space and their bikes. This non-smoking apartment is ideal for 1-4 people. We ask for understanding in the interest of our guests with allergic complaints that bringing pets is not allowed.   The traditional, white and deaf blue cottage is located in the tranquil fishing village of Groß Zicker on the Mönchgut peninsula, to the southeast of the island of Rügen. In the amenities, bau –% organic recommended materials were used. The hot water is heated with solar energy and an energy-efficient Brennwertherme provides cozy warmth. On the ground floor of the newly built house, which was completed in 2015, two apartments are at your disposal.   These can be booked for 4 or 2 people, or together for 6 people. Distance and proximity - no problem!   The location of the cottage in Groß Zicker is a rare special feature: The Mönchgut peninsula is the most rural and quiet part of Rügen and Groß Zicker is a very cozy old village with many traditional pipe roof houses and a cobblestone street. The biosphere reserve of the so-called„ Zickersche Höft“ borders directly on the property of this house. Rare, protected herbs, animals and old trees,called„ Windflüchter “, can still be found here.   The view from the terraces shows this uniquely beautiful landscape in every season with new impressions. On a cozy bench you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Greifswald Boddenlandschaft to the Baltic Sea from the hills that connect to the house. A small dreamy bay between Thiessow, Klein Zicker and Groß Zicker forms the Bodden, a kind of Baltic Sea lagoon. The shore is only a few minutes' walk away. You can easily reach the fine sandy, bright Baltic Sea beach 2 kilometers away.
