Villa Francesca - A solarium on the Bay

Villa Francesca ( cin code: IT090063C2000P6761 ) is a splendid small villa (60 sqm) among granites. Independent wooden gate entrance, air conditioning, large garden and a veranda with masonry hob and BBQ. Set among the rocks, a suggestive outdoor shower with heated water. Surrounded by greenery, very private, it can give you magical moments. Here a few steps takes you to the solarium - terrace with a splendid view of the beaches of Rena di Ponente and Levante ("Due mari") and Capotesta. From here you can enjoy a unique sunset surrounded by juniper and Mediterranean scrub. The interior is well-finished: a birght and cozy open space living room with kitchen island equipped with a water purification system, air conditioning, table for 6 people and a large double bed sofa. Other things to note Baia Santa Reparata is a small consortium of private houses that host an Hotel and a restaurant, the latter a few hundred meters from the Villa. This bay offers various beaches on the whole coast, both flat and sandy, according to taste, about 250 meters away.
