Holyday home in Trebeurden- 300m from the beach

We are renting our vacation home, built in 2016, located 300 m from the beach, 1 km from shops, and 2 km from the sailing school and the port. It is located on the Pink Granite Coast. This 135 m², quiet, comfortable, bright, south-facing house is perfect for a vacation with family or friends, or for working remotely. The space Large living/dining room with a wood-burning stove and bay windows, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, pantry with washing machine and dryer, 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub). Pleasant garden (3,000 m²) with a south-facing terrace: outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs, ping-pong table, games, and bicycles available. Guest access You will have access to the complete house. Other things to note During the winter, an additional €100 weekly fee will be charged for heating. The rental of sheets, towels, and household linens is not included in the rental price. However, we can provide this service if you wish for an additional €18 per person.
