The Villa is divided into two floors and is in a quiet location, just 8 km from the charming historic center of Syracuse, in an area similar to a park. The nearest sandy bay is just 100m away in the air. It's 300m on foot. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the laundry room with washing machine, the living room/dining room and a bathroom for guests. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (summer / winter), 2 bathrooms (1x shower and 1x bathtub) and a terrace.
