** This apartment could be rented for long or medium stays. It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. ** Plaza Mayor III is a suite with a perfect location. It is a unique house of the 17th century, which preserves all the essence of the time and integrates the set of buildings that make up the Plaza Mayor of Madrid, forming part of the buildings with monumental category. The building does not have an elevator as it is part of the Artistic Heritage of the city and preserves intact the original structures of the building of the time. The area of the apartment is unique, and certainly the best in Madrid.
