The space The Logis de l'Armateur, a 94 m2 apartment occupying the main floor of the private mansion, gives the feeling of being on a boat. From the lounges you can only see the river, the countryside... and the boats passing by. It gives off a soothing and exotic impression, in an atmosphere that is both refined and warm, where each room is decorated differently, offering guests the pleasure of moving from one atmosphere to another, sometimes contemporary, sometimes warm and cozy, according to their mood. The Logis de l'Armateur, designed for 4 people, includes two large reception rooms separated by a superb antique glass roof, a bedroom with a premium king-size bed (160 X 200), a large cabin with two bunk beds (90 x 200) furnished in the style of the "Orient-Express" to offer a unique atmosphere to travelers, a bathroom with double sink, a shower room, a toilet with sink, a large hallway with closets. For younger guests, a nice comfortable baby crib, baby bath, high chair, car booster seats and car seat can be made available to our guests upon request. Guest access The Logis de l'Armateur overlooks the river from its facade on the Duguay-Trouin wharf. The entrance is through the alley at the back, making the whole thing step-free. There is only one very small step from the street, then another between the living room and the rest of the apartment. Access is therefore easy for people who cannot climb stairs.
