Silver Mist is centrally located along Katoomba’s “Golden Mile” of Lurline St, walking distance to the world famous Three Sisters lookout, shops, galleries, restaurants, railway station and other attractions. Lovingly restored to include all modern comforts, the home is a beautiful example of Art Deco architecture, with a cosy fireplace plus spa & central heating. Ideal for groups and families, this is your home away from home, fully fenced it also allows you to bring your pets with you. The space - The master bedroom has a king bed - Second bedroom has one king that can be separated into two twin beds, plus a sunroom accommodating bunk beds - The third bedroom is a cosy room with a single bed - Capable of comfortably accommodating up to 7 persons. All main beds (not bunks) have high quality Sleeping Duck mattresses to ensure a great nights sleep. Central gas ducted heating keeps everyone warm and cosy, plus we have a wood fireplace in the living room and gas fireplace in the dining room. There are two modern bathrooms, main with spa bath and rain shower, both with under floor heating and a laundry with drying facilities as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with coffee machine, cooktop and oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher plus an outdoor BBQ. We provide stand fans for the warmer months. Professionally serviced linen and towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and basic cooking supplies are all provided as is a basket of firewood (more can be purchased locally) and free unlimited NBN connected wi-fi. Games, toys, DVDs, books and two flat screen TVs are also available for guest’s use with Apple TV allowing Netflix connection. You have access to the entire house, gardens and off-street parking for two cars with plenty of free on-street parking for other guests. We are a pet friendly property. Self-check in via key lockbox.
