Above the living room is a mezzanine bedroom with a 160/200 double bed and a wardrobe. Everything is air conditioned. The living room opens onto an all-white garden/patio filled with jasmines, completely private, quiet. It is equipped with deckchair, hammock, table, parasol, solar shower. This rare space in the historic center is popular with families with children, allowing them to play peacefully and safely. The Cour des Jasmins is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac leading to the historic village of Matino, well known for its white architecture with an exotic atmosphere, its narrow whitewashed streets, its ancient churches and its old palaces. Matino has an ideal location: 12 km from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Gallipoli, accessible in 15 minutes by car, quiet and away from the seaside summer crowds. Sheets and towels are provided. Car Parking: A public space at the beginning of the street allows free parking. It is not possible to park on the street, which is a dead end. TRASH: Please pay close attention to the trash disposal instructions: Garbage is collected by sorting, and a table of days is posted in the house. Place your trash in front of the house door and respect the recycling rules. The municipality issues dated fines for non-compliance with the drop-off dates, and we would be sorry to pass them on to you.
