Maya is a cozy, two-stage apartment for 6 - 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (1 complete) - located in a delightful square in the center of the village of Legnaro. It is perfect for business accommodation, really close to the scientific campus of Agripolis (1 km). It is also ideal for your holidays, as Venice, Padua, Vicenza, the Euganean Spas and the sea are really close - all locations around half an hour by car! - and ideally located in the center of the Veneto Region. The space Maya is perfect for a cultural holiday because in a central situation in Veneto. Venice, Padua, the magical Riviera del Brenta with its elegant villas, Vicenza and the villas of Palladio are nearby, but not far from Treviso, Verona and Ferrara, about an hour's drive away. This house has been lived by the owner for 10 years, so you will find some of her in the books, paintings and furnishings she left. The house of about 65 square meters. It is on the ground floor with an open entrance / living room / kitchen, a TV room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a storage room and a terrace. Through an internal wooden staircase leads to the second floor, a delightful attic with exposed wooden beams, where there is a double bedroom, a second smaller bedroom with another double bed, and a small blind bathroom (no shower) , only toilet and sink). The beds upstairs are both cm 160x200, while the sofa bed on the ground floor is 160x190 cm. In the kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a gas stove with electric oven, a coffee / tea maker, a combined microwave oven, an electric hob, an electric juicer, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, dishes , glasses and cups as well as a small kit of essential products (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, detergents). In the living room there is a TV and wi-fi is available throughout the house. In the bathrooms you will find hairdryer, soap, shower-shampoo and toilet paper (enough for the first 1/2 days, allowing you to go to buy what ou need during your stay). Washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board are also available. Bed and bath linen is included in the price and a second change is provided for stays longer than one week. Guest access You have the whole apartment available: keep it as if it were your home. Outside the entrance, you can enjoy the communal courtyard and garden, where you can take the cool on summer evenings, or graze your dog. You can park in public parking lots that are located both in front of and behind the building. Other things to note SMART WORKING OR FAMILY STAYS Our apartment is perfect for working from home: the wifi connection is stable and with a good speed. It is also perfect for a family stay. Pandemia teached us that, in addition to a careful cleaning of surfaces, it's convenient to wait at least 24 hours between one guest and another, to ensure maximum safety, both for us and for our guests. Our cancellation terms are "flexible": so you can change your mind even at the last moment and reschedule your stay or, alternatively, you will be entitled to a full refund, if you cancel within 24 hours from the start of your stay. A SUSTAINABLE STAY We try to do our part to protect the planet. Sheets and towels are long-cycles and low-temperatures washed, using low-environmental-impact detergents, with low fragrances to avoid allergic reactions. In our stocks we prefer large packs or no-packaging stuff. We have chosen a sustainable electricity supplier, replaced the windows and the air conditioning system, low consumption light bulbs where possible; when they are not repairable, we undertake to replace the appliances with new class A appliances. We are committed to cleaning the apartment with low-environmental-impact detergents and methods, often home made following recipes recommended by the WHO or by the main consumer associations. If you are interested, ask us for more: we will be happy to share our recipes with you! We will be grateful if you to respect our commitment, with simple precautions. Respect separate collection: divide food rubbish, paper, glass-plastic-cans (they go together), to allow the greatest possible recycling and produce the minimum unsorted waste.
