In the bigger bedroom there is a a kettle and a toaster with tea making facilities and a small fridge and microwave in bedroom 2. There is a sofa in bedroom one and a table and chairs to give you the flexibility to eat in the apartment. The apartment does not have a separate kitchen but local amenities/takeaways, restaurants and pubs are 5 minutes away. Come and watch our rare bats at dusk, meet our horses and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is a separate entrance for guests and your own parking space. Guests have their own garden area with a view of our beautiful valley and can sit and listen to the birds and watch the bats as the sun goes down. Well behaved dogs are very welcome. We have plenty of games and books for children, dvds and cds and a cot and high chair should you need it. We can store your bikes in a secure outbuilding if you are visiting the Forest for mountain biking and are very close to the bike centre with its uplift and fantastic trails. The National Diving Centre is also just up the road. This is a perfect base for exploring the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Bristol, Cardiff or the Welsh coast as well as many of the other local tourist attractions - the Forest of Dean Steam railway, sculpture trail, castles, Tintern Abbey, Go Ape, Puzzlewood, caves, butterfly zoo, maze, canoeing, diving, zip wire and very convenient for Clearwell Castle if you are lucky enough to be going to a wedding there. The local pub which serves excellent food and the supermarket are only 5 minutes away by car.
