Moreover, the outdoor area boasts a balcony, a roofed and an open terrace as well as a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals. The absolute highlight, however, is the 43 m² pool, which borders on the beautiful Mediterranean garden of the villa - the fantastic view of the mountains invites you to relax here. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are located within 350 m (a 4-minute walk). The villa is the ideal starting point for hiking and trekking tours and also the coast is easily accessible by car. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. The host lives in an adjacent area of the property, totally independent of the area for rent. Guests have their own entrance, and total privacy to enjoy the whole Villa, swimming pool area, barbecue, etc. It is available for emergencies and special requirements (Paellas, Barbecues, etc.).
