Downstairs hosts the 2 living spaces, dining and kitchen, a powder room and laundry, while the upper level accommodates 4 large light filled bedrooms, the master with a private balcony, ensuite, walk in robe with three other large bedrooms that are serviced by a stunning family bathroom. Set in a quiet child friendly court, other features include Nobo heating panel, internal control for pool and spa functions, split system air conditioners, a security system, double carport. * Please note there is an additional charge to gas heat the pool - pool heating can only be requested outside of Winter for all bookings.
