Studio105 is a freshly renovated and close to the heart of Byron. Bright, breezy and very comfortable, our Studio is perfect for 2 people and is situated an easy 10-15min walk from cafes, shopping, bars and beaches. The space Perfectly located in Byron, Studio105 consists of 1 Queen bed. The studio is comfortably styled, bright and airy. There is plenty of space for 2 adults with an outside deck area for relaxing and catching some afternoon sun. The Studio has AC, Smart TV (no free to air channels), with a spacious and open plan bathroom - a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. There is a fridge freezer and a kettle. Studio105 is a 20 min walk or super quick drive to great cafes and bars. Wifi Included The outside space features a large sunny deck, and deck chairs - perfect for pre dinner drinks after a day on the beach! There is street parking for 1 car. It's a very safe area. The property is adjoined to a 3 bedroom bungalow. It's all separate and private but is available if you wish to accommodate extra people. Guest access Perfectly located from the town, Tallows and Clarkes beach, Studio105 is an 20min flat walk to both beaches. The Roadhouse is super close for awesome coffee and meals. Green Garage is very close for all your Byron produce needs. Other things to note We can’t wait to welcome you to your East Coast Escapes stay and want to ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable experience. To help us maintain the comfort, care, and peaceful atmosphere of our homes, we kindly ask all guests to review the following conditions before confirming a booking. All adult guests must generally be over the age of 25. We warmly welcome multigenerational family groups with younger adults or children included, provided the booking is centred around a family holiday and supervised by mature adults throughout the stay. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the booking. If you are booking on behalf of another person or group, this must be disclosed to East Coast Escapes at the time of booking. The person making the reservation must ensure all guests are aware of and agree to the booking terms and property conditions prior to arrival. Our homes are reserved exclusively for registered guests. To respect both the property and surrounding neighbours, visitors are not permitted at the property unless prior written approval has been provided by East Coast Escapes. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival. We have a strict no party and excessive noise policy across all properties. Additional charges, security call out fees, and immediate termination of your stay may apply in response to complaints or breaches monitored through The Quiet Hotline security service. Bucks parties, hens parties, Schoolies, and school leaver groups are not permitted. While we love hosting groups and families, East Coast Escapes reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings that do not meet the suitability requirements of a property.
