The space Azenhas do Mar Beach House by Lisbon Dreams (40613/AL) is a unique beach house - located on the cliff of Azenhas do Mar.. with breathtaking views to the Atlantic Ocean and only 10 min ride away from Sintra, the fairytale Unesco Heritage village. The closeness to some of the most beautiful beaches of Portugal (Praia Grande, Praia da Adraga) and also to Lisbon and Sintra turns the village into the perfect spot for your holidays. Besides the picturesque views and fresh ocean breathe, the little village has also some comfort to offer with its restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. Guest access Our beach house has two small bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (inc. dishwasher). The house is leaning against a hillside, thus having internal stairs (living room is downstairs, bedrooms are upstairs on the entrance level). Both of the bedrooms have a double bed. There is also possibility to set up a sofa-bed in the living room. All guests are provided with bedlinen and shower towels. Additionally, the house has a balcony with a direct view to the Atlantic Ocean. There is a dining table as well as chairs for relaxing. Guests can use BBQ equipment. Guests can use fireplace (few logs included). 💙 Baby equipment (baby cot & high chair) is available upon request (free). 💙 No washing machine - self-service laundry available in the village & laundry/dry-cleaning in Janas village (2km) 💙Transfer from the airport can be arranged (for extra fee). 💙 WiFi all over the house 💙 HEATING: fire place and portable oil heaters 💙 HOT WATER: heated by bottled gas 💙 Cable TV in the living room 💙 Parking available on the streets of the neighbourhood Other things to note * In accordance with Portuguese laws all guests have to present their ID/Passport info for check-in (including babies and children. NB! Although without SEF obligation, all Portuguese residents wanting to stay in our house have to similarly present their ID information for check-in. *Please note that from the 1st of March 2019 a Sintra Municipal Tourist Tax of EUR 2 per person per night is not included in the total price and should be paid apart. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 6€ (3 nights) per guest.
