The space Nestled in a charming 19th-century building in the heart of the traditional Graça neighborhood, this cozy apartment offers both comfort and convenience. Located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs, the space features a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchenette with dining area, a living room, and a private bathroom. You'll also have access to a shared garden on the first floor, where you can relax in the sun or unwind after a day of exploring the city. Situated in a calm, family-friendly neighborhood, you'll find local shops and grocery stores just steps away, with easy access to the authentic charm of Lisbon. A 5-minute walk brings you to the famous tram 28, and within 10 - 15 minutes, you can visit iconic landmarks like Lisbon’s Cathedral, Alfama District or the Pantheon. The area is also filled with traditional restaurants where you can savor local cuisine. Though compact, the apartment offers a clear distinction between the living and sleeping areas, and both the bathroom and bedroom are fully enclosed for added privacy. In the bedroom, you’ll find two comfortable single beds for a restful night’s sleep, along with a small closet to store your suitcases and clothes. Fresh linens, duvets, and one bath towel per guest are provided. The apartment also features air conditioning in the living room, ensuring a comfortable climate. The living room includes a sofa bed, perfect for accommodating an extra guest. It also has a TV with a few international channels and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing simple meals, or maybe try your hand at some Portuguese traditional recipes. It includes an induction hob, integrated microwave, small fridge, and all necessary cookware, plates, and utensils for your convenience. Access is done via self check-in with a key placed in a secure location close to the entrance door. Details for self check-in will be provided on the morning of your arrival. A code for the building front door and other for the apartment door will be shared. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming 19th-century building, accessible only by stairs. While refurbished, the building retains some original features, such as low ceilings on the staircase, which may differ from what you're used to but add a quaint charm to the space. The apartment overlooks Rua do Vale de Santo António, providing a pleasant street view. Although the neighborhood is generally quiet, passing cars may create some noise, especially for light sleepers. Please note, the pool mentioned in earlier reviews is no longer in use.
