COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF THE VINEYARDS WITH POOL

Nestled at the gates of the Purple Perigord, our gîte with a maximum capacity of 6 people in a chic country style is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in peace. With its bright spaces, neat decor and bucolic setting, it promises a stay dedicated to well-being. Whether you come as a couple, with family or friends, you will appreciate the tranquility of the place and the proximity of the treasures of Périgord and Gironde: villages of character, gourmet markets, castles... The space This 120 m2 cottage consists of a beautiful living room with stone wall on the ground floor, for an authentic atmosphere, including a living room with TV (Chromecast and Play Station 4) and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (glass cooktop, rotating heat oven, microwave, kettle, citrus press, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine, steam cooker, electric mixer), a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet and a cellar-laundry room. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed as well as a wardrobe with a closet and a desk for teleworking, a large mezzanine bedroom separated into two spaces with a 160 x 200 bed and a view of the meadow, two single beds that can be joined for a double bed of 180 x 200, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a dresser that can be used as a changing table. Outside, you will find a partially fenced and wooded garden, a shaded terrace where you can enjoy your meals and private parking. Garden furniture is available for outdoor dining as well as a barbecue, Chileans, and deckchairs. The 10-meter by 5-meter swimming pool is located in front of the cottage but separated by a hazelnut hedge, on a grassy and wooded plot with sun loungers and parasols. The security system is an alarm, children are under the full responsibility of the parents or a responsible adult. Guest access On the parking side, you'll have private parking on the side of the cottage. Other things to note Linens are provided (bed linen, towels, tablecloths, dish towels, foutas for the pool). Beds are made upon arrival. Grocery basics are provided to facilitate your arrival (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee filters).
