Relax and enjoy the ocean view from our holiday home ... large open living area spilling onto a wide verandah area ... with only 25 metres of grass until you reach the beach front with the best swimming and snorkelling lagoon on the island!! The space There is a grass area inbetween the house and the beach for the children to run around ... or for the adults to relax on the lounges on. Other things to note With 4 bedrooms we can sleep up to 12 persons ... and there is a 4 persons minimum stay policy! Costing is $320 for the first two persons per night, $40 for each extra adult per night, and $20 per child per night (aged 2 - 11 years), under 2 years is free ... we have baby equipment for hire if required ... portable cots, high chair, buggy, carseat and walker! TV reception is unstable with only one local channel .. recommend bringing a hard drive to watch movies if you want to watch TV. Smoking is permitted outside only!
