Owls Roost - Trehill cottages, SE Cornwall. Small lakefront cottage with fishing and lakefront hot tub. Owls Roost has one bedroom with en suite shower room. Enjoy the lake view hot tub on its sunny patio, or just stroll the 25m to Trehill Cottages main fishing pond. There are 7 cottages in total, sharing 4.5 acres of peaceful grounds. The space This cosy cottage sleeps 2 adults with lounge, kitchen en suite shower room. Enjoy delightful views over the main fishing pond from your own private hot tub (extra charge) Games room - refurbished in 2021 with indoor and outdoor table tennis, Pool table, air hockey & table football. All free to use. China Fleet club - is located about 15 minutes away by car. It has a superb spa, gym and massive indoor pool complex. Facility costs start at £6.50 per adult for access to the indoor pool complex. A handy back up plan if the weather does not live up to expectations! Guest access The cottage has a sunny patio with hot tub. The grounds and fishing are shared, as is the outdoor pool (on site) and games room. There is an extra chare for the hot tub of £50/week or £40 per short break. This can be ordered separately, but must be paid for at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Owls Roost can fit a maximum of two adults . Two adults and one baby would also work. we are unable to accept bookings from guests seeking to bring dogs or other furry animals. We hope you will respect this request. Other things to note Fishing – please feel free to fish. You should bring your own gear and never leave equipment unattended. Remote/alarm fishing is not allowed. No keep nets. 1 rod per person. No boilies. You must bring your own gear as we do not supply fishing equipment. The private hot tub has a usage fee of £50/week or £40 for short breaks. The heated on site out door pool is available during the summer months only. Dimensions are 8mx4mx0.7m Essentials - we provide all listed "essentials" apart from cooking oil. You should find on arrival a pint of milk in the fridge. Tea, sugar, a packet of biscuits, washing up liquid & dishwasher tabs. If any of these are missing, please let us know
