Welcome to Maison Carn Portsall We will be delighted to host you in a house renovated in 2019 in a contemporary style, with its large garden. It is a single-storey house (just 2 steps to go down to the living room), bright, ideal for up to 4 people. You will be 350 meters from the beaches and the GR 34 and the port of Portsall is not far! Two adult bikes available! The house is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist property and labeled 3 keys. The space Located in a quiet area close to the sea within walking distance, Maison Carn is open for rent all year round for your vacation or weekend stays! A short description of what awaits you. The entrance is through a small veranda. The living room: a living room open to the fitted kitchen, and direct access to the terrace and garden. The two bedrooms: - Blue bedroom: 1 double bed (140), 1 wardrobe. - Garden side bedroom: 2 single beds, 1 nightstand with two drawers, a 4-drawer dresser. Possibility to convert the 2nd bedroom into a double bed (to be specified when booking). The bathroom: toilet, shower, vanity unit, cupboard, towel dryer, hair dryer. Upon arrival, the beds are made, you have towels and linen. We also provide you with everything you need to start your stay: condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.), tea and coffee, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets, toilet paper. Outdoors: You have a parking space to park your car on the property. Depending on the season, you can enjoy 2 large wooden terraces, the east side is accessible from the living room, the southwest side runs along the entire house. On sunny days, the south terrace is equipped with garden furniture and parasol, and a plancha barbecue, and ping pong table on request. We provide two bicycles (adults), a garage (or you can store your bicycles if you bring them and other things).
