Skyview - house in Currarong NSW

Skyview is a two-storey family-friendly house with views over Currarong and is a 10-minute walk to the beach. Accommodating 8 guests in three bedrooms, it has a new, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with outdoor dining and town and water views. The space Skyview was built by my father (a qualified builder and fishing tragic) in the late 1960s as a family holiday house. We enjoy making it available to introduce others to the delights of Currarong. The two levels are linked by an indoor spiral staircase, which will require supervision of young children, and by an external stair from the deck. The entry is via a sheltered carport which can accommodate two cars. Kangaroos frequently visit the backyard, as do the occasional ringtail possums. For this reason we ask that you not bring your pets. Being on the high side of town, the house catches a sea breeze on most days. Shops and beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Across the road is a bush track to the trig station lookout and the cliffs. The house provides some recreational equipment and games. You will need to supply your own linen and towels. The water heater is small and responsive, so allow 10 mins for reheating after about two showers. We ask that you not smoke in the house. Guest access Access is to the entire house, apart from a private room at the top and the garage. Entry is by numeric keypad. I will provide the code before you arrive. You won't need to carry keys and members of your group will be able to come and go securely. Other things to note There is a guide to the house and the district in the house (green folder). We respect our neighbours and we ask that you extend the usual courtesies in terms of noise and sociable hours. Please note you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowslips and towels.
