The space The apartment is bright, quiet and very nice for up to 4 people in a nice and tidy complex. The private apartment is accessible by elevator and on the lower floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds which can be joined to have a single large double bed, a bathroom, a utility room with washing machine and the staircase leads directly to living room with kitchen from which you have access to the terrace equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs. Also in the living room there is a large sofa, a TV with satellite channels and the kitchen with electric hob with oven,refrigerator, dining table and everything you need: - toaster - kettle - microwave - coffee maker - Bath towels and sheets - Hair dryer - iron and ironing board - safe Sheets and bath towels included. Flexible arrival and departure times if possible (to be agreed in advance) There is an extra for check ins after 10.30 pm of 20 euros to be paid on arrival. For lost keys there is an extra of 30 euros per lock change. The complex is 300 meters from Aqualand and 2 km from Siam Park and Siam Mall. Just 19 km from Tenerife South airport The complex has a swimming pool, bar and is only 5 minutes drive from the main beaches such as Playa de Las Americas and Playa del Duque and its charming shops. WI-FI access is available at the reception and in the apartment for free. Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections. 24 hour video surveillance Free parking available in the area. In the area there are small shops and restaurants. For those who do not like walking it is recommended to rent a car. Note: there is a security camera at the entrance of the apartament.
