"Beach Tonic" is a recently renovated beach house located across the road from the white sandy shores and turquoise waters of Geographe Bay. The beach inspired interiors give this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home the ultimate "holiday feel" and is the perfect place for couples or families in search of a beach-side getaway. A mooring is available directly in front and parking area at the house for those with their own boat. The house is set up for relaxed living. With everything you need including: fully equipped kitchen, open plan living, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living area. The large backyard has an expanse of lawn ideal for kids and family activities. There is a path giving direct access to the beach and bike / walk way that leads into Dunsborough town centre. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and open out onto the upstairs balcony with views of Quindalup beach, with the master bedroom having a King bed and the second and third bedrooms having Queen beds in each. All bed and bathroom linen is provided for your stay. There are two large bathrooms upstairs which have recently been renovated and a third toilet and fully equipped laundry downstairs with washing machine and dryer. The property also has two protected outdoor living areas, one upstairs overlooking Geographe Bay and the second, with BBQ, opening up to the large lawn and garden area. The internal open plan living area has a large dining table, seating 8 people, pot belly, large couch plus occasional chairs in-front of the smart TV. Pets are allowed, though we request they stay within the large fully enclosed backyard. If the pet was to come inside they are to stay off furnishings and also not upstairs.
